Seven Seas Breastfeeding Postnatal Supplement Capsules & 56 Tablets

These tablets contain everything I need for a healthy pregnancy. I compared them to the other leading brand and these have calcium and fish oil which most other brands don't, and both of which are essential for my babies development and also the two main vitamins I worry that my diet lacks as I don't drink as much milk or eat as much fish as recommended. I know that these will supplement if I fall short on any day so my baby won't go without. Also People have commented on the size of the tablets but again these are similar to the other leading brands and they need to be on the bigger size because they have so many different vitamins and minerals in them. I personally struggle with smaller tablets getting stuck in my throat so this size is more preferable to me as not once have they got stuck. I just wash them down with water before my tea. I have not had morning sickness either and these contain ginger which is supposed to help to settle your stomach so maybe taking these tablets are the reason why. If you shop around you can get some good 3for2 offers on these but I do really recommend them. I've just had a blood test at my midwife appointment and my blood levels for iron were very good and they commented that I must have a very good diet because my iron levels were very good. I still try to eat a healthy balanced diet on top of these but these are my safety net for any days that I may not have had quite enough of any particular vitamin or mineral that I need.

Great buy for postnatal, especially if you’re breastfeeding for the long haul! My little lady was diagnosed milk intolerant at 7mths, and as I’m still breast feeding I’ve had to cut milk from my diet too (either that or switch her to lacto free/soya formula.. which is not for us!) I’d already been feeling exhausted and run down for some time and had been meaning to pick up some post vita’s .. these offered great value for money, & cover a multitude of supplements. They have no taste, and although both supplements are quite large, I’ve had no problems swallowing them, I felt a little sick the first couple of days but quickly realised that it does advise on the box to take with food. I was very surprised at how quickly I started to feel better in myself, more energy, less black bags under the eyes, colour in my skin etc.. probably should have taken them as soon as I finished my iron supplements post birth! They even have each little pill capsule labelled with the day, so when your sleep deprived or just have good old baby brain, you can tell when there’s you remembered to take them! Anyway.. mumma’s you can’t go wrong with these!

Had these all the way through my pregnancy and they seemed to of worked really well for me. I love the fact that it comes with an additional omega 3 tablet as well.

These really do work for my wife, she is currently breast feeding and can say she has seen an increase supply of milk when taking these. Highly recommend this for breast feeding mothers especially but also non breast feeding mothers can also benefit from the numerous vitamins that is required both during and after pregnancy.

Great value tablets and a high dose of vitamin D (which is what I needed most). Didn't make me feel nauseous so long as I took them with or just after good. You get a capsule and a tablet per day, both are quite big, not a problem for me but may be intimidating if you're not good with pills. I guess the tablet could be crushed and eaten with yogurt but not sure about the capsule. All in all a good buy.
