It's difficult to rate a dietary supplement because one never knows for sure what good it's doing, if any. All I can review is the physical aspect of this item. Firstly, the tablets are very big, and if you have issues taking tablets, you will probably struggle (ie retch) with these. You could cut them in half but they are very tough tablets. You could chew them but they may damage you teeth, either from the hardness or the citric acid in them. Anyway, if you're okay taking big pills, these are great value.
