Unicorn - very sour, but good flavour and no chemical taste like the other pre workouts you can get. The serving suggestion of 2 scoops in 200ml is nuts however, I do 1 scoop in 350ml and it's super sour. I'd suggest putting two scoops in a big shaker and doing that instead unless you like punishing yourself

I normally drink an few energy drinks a day plus pre on gym days, so I've been pretty much unaffected by pre-workout for a while. I was recommended this and all I can say is wow. One scoop (half serving size) gave me plenty of focus and energy for a heavy lifting session. It tasted decent, and doesn't give you that crazy crash like other brands. Likewise, with ABE. Yes, it gives you raging tingles and itchiness, but that's what I look for it a pre as it hypes me up. This will pass after 20-30 mins but I haven't been able to get response since I first started taking pre. I would only recommend this to someone who has taken pre before or you may feel like you're on speed. To anyone else, go for it!

I bought this as my regular pre-workout was out of stock. The flavour I found was really decent (fruit burst) and got a reasonable pump from it. However, I got the stomach cramps as mentioned by another reviewer. This is think is from how some of the ingredients react with water and stomach acid, in that they give off a lot of gas. Even shaking it in a mixer and leaving it for 5 minutes to "off gas" didn't me help much. If you get the cramps and not bothered by them, (which last a few minutes), then this is a decent product, so don't let it put you off. As for me I've got my regular pre workout back in now (pretrain x by adapt nutrition for reference).
