CNP Professional Dessert 350g - 10 Servings

Powder mix thick of shake a normal protein powder. Obviously it is supposed to be more like a dessert containing protein than a drink itself. I tried making overnight oats with this powder and the result was a very solid chocolate lump. It was not suitable for this as it thickens and hardens when left for a time Drunk straight away, it was nice and chocolatey and had more flavour than normal protein drinks. I've tried. It's nice as a change as the texture and flavour is better. However it does cost more and isn't as versatile as normal protein powder. If you prefer dessert style, protein snacks than drinks then this may be better for you.

I don't usually bother to review but I felt I had to. I bought this as an alternative to the chilled ones I buy from Aldi. Whisking was definitely the right call and it does have a lovely thick consistency especially when left in the fridge a little while but oh my goodness, it is so overpoweringly sweet! Maybe it's that I don't have any sugar in my diet but there is so much artificial sweetener that it left me wanting to lick a lemon afterwards! Because of the price I'll continue on with it but will have to find a way to cut through the sweetness.

This is a fantastic beneficial treat. The powder makes 10 generous or more smaller desserts, I find the desserts much nicer than drinking protein shakes. All you have to do is add to water, it turns out wonderfully smooth and creamy, best if you pour and leave in the fridge for half an hour before serving. If you add more water you can make a shake if desired, but I love it as a nice biscuit spread flavoured mousse topped with satsuma. Micellar Casein is a really high-quality protein that increases lean muscle mass so you can enjoy your mousse knowing it is good for you.

I actually add this to my morning protein shake to give it a nice flavour and texture, would highly recommend!

I found this to be absolutely disgusting. It makes a thick gloopy horrible textured mousse that is almost impossible to eat as it is so unpleasant. It doesn't taste like biscoff either, instead its more like just a standard salted caramel flavour. Its really easy to make but you will wish you hadn't had bothered when you actually taste it. There is obviously some benefit to it for your health regime but i really didn't enjoy it and i also think it is really overpriced for what you actually get in a bag.
