Osavi Vitamin K2 MK7 100mcg 60 softgels

I have just started taking this supplements at the same time as I take my D3 for better calcium absorption, and apparently to prevent calcification as we age, if these 2 vitamins are combined. The soft gel capsule is easy to swallow and so far, no side effects. I just can’t justify the size of the box for such a small amount of tablets. The tub can easily carry over 300 softgels. Unfortunately they are only 60. Nevertheless, the value for money is reasonable.

A good brand of a quality supplement, these are softgels as opposed to the usual tablets for K2. An important supplement, especially when taking alongside VitD3. 60 softgels at 1 a day with give you a supply for 3 months. Small well sealed tub, with a good expiry date and they were easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

K2 is a supplement which may benefit bone and heart health - but, as with any supplement, it's advisable to do your own research prior to purchase. I've tried other products from Osavi that, like this Vitamin K2, have been made in Poland. It's a brand that's impressed me - good quality and strength of formulations. The 60 softgels in this sealed **** topped pack represent around a 2 month supply based on the suggested one per day serving to be taken with a meal. The price point here is very good, given the quality of the product. Worth mentioning too is how clearly the ingredients and nutritional information is expressed on the pack outer.

These are 60 softgels, easy to swallow and quite small. They arrived well packaged and I have used this brand before for other supplements. I tested intending to use with my prescribed vitamin D, but unfortunately it's giving me an upset stomach and I later read that vitamin K is not for everyone and this can be a common side effect. Such a shame, because I would have really liked to integrate this important vitamin into my diet
